If you got the Browser Cookies Disabled error, then go to the section on enabling cookies.

Otherwise, you are probably here because you cannot login to DP, then there is a chance that you can fix this by clearing your browser cookies. Below is the procedure to do this.

  - Open Internet Explorer, pull-down the Tools menu, and select Internet Options. 
  - Click on the General Tab, in the middle of the open window click on 
    "delete files", "delete cookies",” and "clear history".

  - Open Firefox.
  - Go to Tools, and click Options.
  - Select the Privacy tab.
  - Click on Clear Cache and Clear Cookies.

  - Open Firefox.
  - Go to Firefox, and click Preferences.
  - Select the Privacy tab.
  - View the "Cookies" tab and click the Clear Cookies Now.

  - Open Firefox.
  - Go to Edit, and click Preferences
  - Click on the arrow near Privacy & Security, so a drop-down 
    list pops up.
  - Click on Cookies and select Manage Stored Cookies.
  - Click on Remove All Cookies.

  - Open Safari.
  - Go to Safari > Empty Cache. 
  - Go to History > Clear History.
  - Go to Safari > Preferences, and select the Security tab. 
    Click "Show Cookies", "Remove All", then "Done".

  - Open Safari.
  - Go to Safari > Edit. 
  - Click on Preferences.
  - Select the Security tab. 
  - Click "Show Cookies", then "Remove All", then "Done".

You got an error message saying Browser Cookies Disabled, which means your browser is not configured to store little bits of information called 'cookies'. 99% of browsers have this enabled but some company-configured browsers do not.

This procedure will help you re-enable them for DP.

  - Click on the "Sites" button and add "www.desi-planet.com" to the white input box. 
    Click on "Allow" then "OK". Restart the browser and DP should work.

  - Open Firefox.
  - Go to Tools, and click Options.
  - Select the Privacy tab.
  - Click on the "Exceptions" button, then add "www.desi-planet.com" to the white 
    input box. Click on "Allow" then "OK". Restart the browser.

  - Open Safari.
  - Go to Edit > Preferences. 
  - Click on "Accept Cookies" then close the dialog window.
